Not happy with your purchase? No problem. The team at Luxury Watch Winders is happy to have your purchase returned for either an exchange or refund. We just ask that you make contact with us first to discuss and arrange.
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the dispatch date however this must be in writing by way of email noting the Order Number and reasons for requested return. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Exchanges can be requested within 30 days from the date of dispatch. If you choose to exchange an item outside of our 14 day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.
Our promise to replace an item or refund it does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Special order large items such as safes or cabinets are not usually stock items. When purchasing items like this, you may not be able to return your goods if they are unwanted. Any queries like this should be addressed in the first instance by email to our Customer Services team.
When processing any return, we may need to speak with you before completing the process. Should we be unable to contact you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), it will be returned to the delivery address linked to that order.
